Southwark Kitchen

The problem with cookie-cutter 'template-based' new builds is that developers, architects and designers put profits and a quick turnaround before practical and optimal use of space. This modern kitchen is a perfect example of how standard fittings and designs waste or underutilise space, whilst also missing the opportunity to creating essential and functional storage space.

By building addition storage space, tiling the bland white back splash with rustic marble mosaic tiles and incorporating bespoke oak wine racks and a beautiful live each oak worktop, the kitchen was transformed into a much more cosy living space.
